The starting of the oil pump motor of the hydraulic pump station is the same as that of other machines. It requires no-load (unloading) starting. After the instantaneous operation, the loading work can be carried out. Under normal circumstances, the motor should not be started and closed frequently during the working process. When starting at low temperature, it is necessary to adjust the overflow valve to 1/2 of the rated pressure, and then jog the motor repeatedly to make the overflow valve fully overflow, heat the hydraulic oil, and put it into normal operation after the temperature rises to about 20 ℃. (If there is a heater, it can be simply heated up).
The wiring of the hydraulic pump station, the external electrical control line of the hydraulic pump station is introduced from the electrical box. Please pay special attention to the motor rotation direction, which should be consistent with the arrow deviation marked on the oil pump. Control voltage of solenoid valve: the exchange electromagnet is generally~220V, and the DC electromagnet is 24V. The control voltage must be consistent with the electromagnet label. The solenoid valve with image element shall be powered on for a short time.
The hydraulic system of the hydraulic station easily leaks many details during operation and startup, resulting in failure.
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should always maintain a normal oil level
When the capacity of piping and oil cylinder is very large, a sufficient amount of oil should be put in. After starting, because the oil enters the piping and oil cylinder, the oil level will drop, even exposing the oil level of the oil filter, so it is necessary to replenish the oil again. In the process of application, there will also be leakage, so the oil tank should be equipped with a liquid level gauge for frequent investigation and oil replenishment.
Precautions for initial startup of hydraulic station oil pump:
① Test run by hand.
② Fill the pump with oil.
③ Check whether the rotation deviation is accurate.
④ Whether the inlet and outlet are installed reversely.
⑤ Check the suction side for air leakage.
⑥ Start and operate within the specified speed.
Start the hydraulic station system at low temperature and pay attention to the following:
① When starting the oil pump in severe cold areas or in winter, it should be started and stopped to make the oil temperature rise. After the oil pressure assembly runs innocently, it can enter the formal operation.
② It is better to heat the oil tank with a heater in a short time to improve the oil temperature, but at this time, the pump assembly is cold, and only the oil is hot, which is very easy to cause failures, so you should pay attention.
Precautions for outdoor hydraulic assembly application:
① The temperature change outside the house is relatively violent with the different seasons, so oil with high viscosity index should be used as far as possible.
② Due to the temperature change, the water vapor in the oil tank of the hydraulic system will condense into (water points, which should be checked once a week in winter, and should be immediately removed once found.
③ Because outdoor dirty things easily enter the oil, it is necessary to change the oil frequently.
