2、 Attention work of hydraulic station system

1. From the perspective of power source pump, considering the diversity of actuator working conditions, the accidental system needs large flow and low pressure; Occasionally, small flow and high pressure are required. Therefore, it is appropriate to select the pressure limiting variable displacement pump, because the flow of this type of pump changes with the change of system pressure. When the system pressure decreases, the flow is relatively large, which can meet the fast travel of the actuator. When the system pressure increases, the flow decreases accordingly, which can meet the working distance of the actuator. This can not only meet the working requirements of the actuator, but also make the power consumption relatively reasonable.

2. Pressure loss and flow loss are unavoidable when hydraulic oil flows through various hydraulic valves. This one-sided energy loss accounts for a large proportion of all energy losses. Therefore, reasonable selection of the hydraulic device and adjustment of the pressure of the pressure valve are also important aspects to reduce power loss. The flow valve shall be selected according to the flow regulation limit in the system and ensure that its small and stable flow can meet the application requirements. The pressure of the pressure valve shall be lower when it meets the normal operation of the hydraulic equipment.

4. Select the hydraulic oil reasonably. When the hydraulic oil moves in the pipeline, it will have viscosity. When the viscosity is too high, it will produce greater internal conflict force, causing oil fever, and increasing the resistance when the oil moves. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage and reduce the system volume. Therefore, the oil with appropriate viscosity and relatively good viscosity temperature characteristics is generally selected. In addition, when the oil moves in the pipeline, there are also pressure losses along the pipeline and local pressure losses, so when designing the pipeline, we should shorten the pipeline while reducing the elbow.

When a large hydraulic pump station is used, it is very easy to be polluted. For example, when the equipment is used, the residues left behind, as well as the intrusion during the operation of the equipment, will affect the quality of the hydraulic oil, which affects the quality of the hydraulic oil, and indirectly affects the application performance of the large hydraulic pump station.
