1、 No flow in hydraulic pump station
(1) If the solenoid of the reversing valve installed in the hydraulic station is loose and the coil is short circuited, the reversing valve can be simply replaced or repaired.
(2) The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic pump station is contaminated and the valve element is stuck. Replace all hydraulic oil with clean hydraulic oil. At the same time, the stuck valve can only be replaced or repaired.
(3) M and H type functional slide valves have no reversing. Change them to new ones.
2、 The flow of hydraulic pump station is too high
(1) The flow control device of the hydraulic pump station is too high. This is just the opposite of what the leader said. If you turn it too high, you will turn it down.
(2) The normal adjustment of the variable displacement pump of the hydraulic pump station is invalid. There is deviation in the plan of the hydraulic pump station, which can only be replaced or repaired.
(3) The hydraulic pump type and motor speed are incorrect. It can be reached by replacing the hydraulic oil pump that can reach the flow rate and the motor that can rotate at the speed.
When the hydraulic actuator cannot work normally, the hydraulic manufacturer suggests that you find the cause of the fault by the working parameter of flow and eliminate the symptoms.
3、 The flow of hydraulic pump station is too low
Hydraulic system manufacturer Low flow rate is a common problem of unstable flow rate in hydraulic pump stations. There are many reasons.
(1) The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve of the hydraulic system controlling the flow of the hydraulic oil pump is too low. Progressive pressure.
(2) The bypass control valve in the hydraulic pump station is not very tight. Either replace the valve or check that the flow control of the hydraulic pump station is clear.
(3) The volume of the hydraulic oil pump is subject to lowering. This can replace the hydraulic oil pump and exhaust the air inside the hydraulic oil pump.
(4) Leakage in the hydraulic station is tight. This machine is mainly composed of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, oil pipes, motors, oil circuit blocks, oil seals, seals, etc. of all parts of the hydraulic pump station without continuous fasteners.
(5) The normal adjustment of the variable displacement pump of the hydraulic pump station is invalid. Replace the hydraulic oil pump.
(6) The hydraulic loss along the hydraulic pump station is very large. This can replace the pipe with a larger size, which can improve the pressure of the pump.
